Could you be more specific? You may have multiple sites hosted under a single hosting account; we do not allow users to have multiple hosting accounts for each individual site

If you mean host 2 different websites with your cPanel account, yes you can.
You need to create an "Addon Domain", which will create a subfolder in your public_html, and can be accessed with a different URL.
