$20 Developer account problems

I just signed up for a developer account. My cpanel user is seansco, my email is seansco @ gmail.com

I am having several problems.

1. I have a domain I want to link to this account (shamrock-enterprises.com) I set my names servers to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com. Is this correct?

2. I can not get to my cpanel login, I tried linking my account but it say it does not exists.

3. I tried to submit a support ticket on the client but it gives me the error:
The following errors occured:

• Please enter the security code shown in the image - this is required to prevent automated submissions

There is no security code image though.
