i was at the x10hosting myphp tab when i clicked the information schema and gave me an error that blocked my IP from accessing the hosting control panel and the domain(i can still access the dashboard). how do i fix this? i have to turn the project in a couple of hours...

Users do not have permissions to enter phpMyadmin information_schema! Nothing to fix. You should still be able to edit any database created by the User.

when i clicked on this pop up and refreshed my tabs, i got the "took too long to respond" error on my control panel

Sign out of the control panel, and x out all tabs, shut the browser down, then login again.

Use the account portal to enter the control panel and activate an ssl certificate. "Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider"
