My website went down over Labor Day weekend and I still have no http, ping or ftp access. I can, however, access my cPanel, and put in the support ticket numbered above, dated 9/6, to which there has as yet been no response. I am on the dreaded vox server, which it is said in news item is back up. My website is not.
I have had a Prime membership for over 3 years and nothing this serious has happened before. I'm at my wits end. Please advise.
