1. I cannot manually create database using cPanel. It tells me the database is created but does not actually create one? Is anyone else getting this issue? I have a support ticket already in progress so am not sure what is going on! I want to install Joomla manually but need a database!

2. Is x10 usually this volatile? My site keeps going down for short periods. What kind of up time does it usually get?

3. I have another domain I may consider bringing to x10. Is it legal to have multiple accounts on x10? Best case scenario would be to host both domains on the same account, but then I'd have to split bandwidth/space between the two, right?

To answer 1: I have no idea why this has happened at all, many problems on cpanel (sign ins etc) have been cause3d by the cpanel bug which should be sorted out soon!
To answer 2:x10 is very good with uptime normally the lack of uptime at the moment is thanks to the new site work when the new site comes into effect it wont happen this much!
To answer 3: im not sure basically a member had all of his accounts terminated except for his own, because of a so called scam! I suppose spliting bandwith and space between the two would be the best thing

Wait for your ticket to be replied, i would suggest not to post more than one thanks to the amount of users at the moment posting tickets wait as your turn will come up!!!

Regards,
Jamie
