30 day login limit for Starter plan?

Hi there, just a quick question as I noticed there is a 30 day login requirement on the free plan. If I upgrade to the Starter plan does that remove the restriction or is that only with Premium? Thank you!

I believe If you do upgrade to the starter plan you just ask the staff to disable the 30 day requirement for you.
