403 error on Subdomain

Dear Team,

I have the following main domain which works fine:

tharu.com
or tharu.x10hosting.com
or www.tharu.com
or www.tharu.x10hosting.com

I also have a subdomain configured (tusheeta.com) which used to work perfectly, but now has stopped working despite making no changes to it. If I type any of the following:

tusheeta.com
www.tusheeta.com
tusheeta.tharu.x10hosting.com
www.tusheeta.tharu.x10hosting.com
tharu.x10hosting.com/tusheeta

...none of these URLs will work, where previously they used to. I get a 403 Error. I have even tried to enter direct web pages in within this subdomain or even subfolder of "tusheeta" within my Tharu-home directory. I have checked the permissions of the subfolder using the web file manager of x10. I have also reviewed the settings of protected directories and hotlink protector ... all allow access.

Would someone be able to take a look at this? Many thanks.

Tried to navigate to www.tusheeta.com

Received error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

There was a permission problem with the folder.
