Just recently downloaded all of my blog from FTP and was about to export my database to prepare to a test server on my computer to make changes to my site and possibly upgrade my hosting as my site has picked up some. Although right before I could export the database in PhpMyAdmin the whole cpanel quit loading and the site has a:
403 Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!
