403 Forbidden? Tried permission fixes..

Hello–I'm using the free hosting account on vanillagreen.com - it seems I'm getting 403 forbidden errors when loading the page, either through the domain, or the vanillagreen.x10.bz address. public_html dir is set to 750 as directed by another thread on the forum. Individual file permissions look ok. Not sure what's up, any help is appreciated, thank you.

Yeah it doesn't seem to happen every time, which is odd. Maybe because I'm behind a VPN? AirVPN if it matters

That's most likely why try accessing it without vpn

Yep that's what it is. PrivateInternetAccess VPN servers seem to work fine with it. Shame that you can't access via some VPN's though, airVPN is widely used.
