Hello!

When I open my site it says

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_mono/2.6 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.siteofeverything.pcriot.com Port 80

In file manager everything is OK.

Please help me!

Your site is opening fine for me. flush the dns, clear browser cache and try again,
