Hi, so I'm having a few problems with my site and I was wondering if someone could help.
Myself and my friends have been using x10 for awhile now because we like that we're able to create our own sites and be able to choose our own softwares, but it seems like lately when we've started working on our new site (link) , it isn't allowing us to save certain bits of information in the custom html box. The software we're using is Oxwall and I've never had this problem before but I'm a coder and in order to get the design the way it has to be, I need to be able to use code to edit certain things and I can't do that if it's not allowing me to use code and giving me an error message.
This is the message that I get whenever I try and save something in the custom HTML box:
INCORRECT RESPONCE
FORBIDDEN
You don't have permission to access /base/ajax-component-entity-panel/process-queue/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
My friends are web designers who enjoy using x10 for certain projects and this is the first time we've had a problem with it, but I'm really hoping that someone can help me. Until now I've never had a problem with the codes I used on any x10 site I've been on. I specifically get the message above when I'm using the <div> codes which allow scrolling on content so that it takes up less space and that's very much needed for our user profiles. I'd heard somewhere on the Oxwall blog that there are certain security settings on a server that can cause these types of errors, but I honestly don't know. It's preventing me from editing the custom html boxes and from even using code when I go to create a new page in my site menu. I just hope that we can figure out how to fix it so I can finish my site quickly.
Thank you!
