I got '404 Error' appear after i try to upload the file 'index.html' into the sub-directory 'amnat' inside 'public_html'.

This is my URL: http://barcodencl.x10hosting.com/amnat/index.html (I am not sure is it correct or not?)

after enter, it shown '404 Error'

'The page you requested does not exist'

How should I fix this error? (Please, reply me as soon as possible. I am really need it to work)

Thanks so much

If you are using windows its possible the file is called "Index.html" not "index.html".. that could be worth a check in the file manager.

What does that index.html file do? if you uploaded it into the public_html folder as you just said, if all it does is contain a html redirector its there and working

Edit:
Before, i tried to upload all my .php files, but i got the the error '404 Error' so i try to upload the simple .html to check it.

- Check whether your file (index.html) is in the path /public_html/amnat
- Check for the case of the file name.
- Check whether you don't have any re-directs.
