404 error

i am getting a 404 error when viewing my site www.tmondo.com .
When i went to my cpanel file manager no files found.
What happened to my files?
Is my account suspended???

Edit:

in my cpanel disk space usage:0.04/300 MB
But in account panel it is shown:121 MB of 300 Megabytes

i cant do any FTP. FTP connection failed
I tried uploading with my cpanel file manager.
It says
Tmondo.com.part2.rar: unknown Bytes: 0% Complete FAILED! :Unknown error or disk quota exceeded.


Edit:

i tried creating a new file from file manager.But when the file was about to create it just dissapears.

Whats going on????

Your account does still exist. Something got messed up with your public_html folder.
Moved to level two support

what shall i do now????
Did i want to try FTP my files ???
i didn't do anything with my cpanel for the last 2 or 3 days.
please i want an urgent resolution.

Hi Christopher, no any administrator is looking in to the issue.I am trying Re-FTP ing some of my files.
I will post back when it is completed.
Edit:
i cant do it.
FTP connection failed.Someone please help.I am in a sea.

Your home directory is currently totally empty, that means theres no public_html directotry, no nothing.

My best advice would be to ask for your account to be deleted and remake it.
