Hi EagleEyed,

Tried your suggestion of clearing cache, no avail. Here's what happens:

Tried to visit http://www.cmn360.x10hosting.com/ts/login.php, I get the error message

404 error

THE page YOU ARE trying TO FIND DOES NOT EXIST.

Completely Free Webhosting By x10Hosting.com!

check out x10hosting.com for quality cPanel hosting.

Tried to gain FTP access using existing credentials (and trying both passwords for the forum and for cPanel) and unable to gain FTP access.

(sigh)

Any suggestions?

That is because there is no ts folder in the public_html folder. Since you said that you can't access FTP for some reason, try looking in cPanel's File Manager and see if the folder really does exist

Fantastic.

I am now unable to get into my cPanel to retrieve private messages or to take the suggested actions.

I am still unable to gain FTP access using the credentials I have always had.

???

Could you please email me a suggestion on what you would like me to do next.

Thanks!

How are you unable to get into cPanel? http://cmn360.x10hosting.com:2082 doesn't work for you? Is your password not working? You can reset it from the account panel if it isn't: http://x10hosting.com/account

You're getting an HTTP 404 error because there is no file named 'login.php', or directory named 'ts', on your account.
