404 in cgi-bin

You just changed my domain from williekiller.x10hosting.com to williekiller.com a couple hours ago but since then all the files in the cgi-bin give a 404 error. What is wrong?

Open the .htaccess of your public_html and check if it's updated with the new domain name.

It's currently empty, what exactly should it say in there?
