421 Home directory not available

Hi! I logged into my ftp and I got message: 421 Home directory not available. Also my website on parked domain http://pisennyk.org doesn't work. What happened? Have my files been deleted or it's temporary error?

I'm contacting staff that have higher access about the 421 error. In regards to your domain, a DNS lookup says that it is not pointed to x10's nameservers. Please go to your domain registrar and point your domain to only ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
