500 Credits for 2 Banners

I need 2 creative and professional looking designs to advertise a banner exchange. 1 banner is 468x60 the other is 468x20 (a minibanner located below the banners shown across the exchange to promote it. Animation is ok, but small file size is of some importance. You can view the webpage I am promoting for inspiration:

Any specifications, image type, file size, color palete, etc...

I am thinking you are looking for a clean simple approach to follow the site, not to many colors.

Updated Information:

The banner should include the following text, and be 30-40K.

First Impressions Banner Exchange

And under that text rotate the following lines:

1. Free Promotion for Your Website
2. 10:9 Exchange Ratio

I need the file size to be around 30-40K if possible, but I would like some sort of text effect to draw attention to the banner.

If you are interested in this project, you should PM me your banners. I want to finish this job quickly, and it would be easier for me to pick a banner that way. Also, I will close this thread once a design has been chosen so you'll know when this offering has ended.
