I'm trying to install eggdrop. Here is the problem. When I run ./configure I get

Tcl cannot be found on this system.

Eggdrop requires Tcl to compile. If you already have Tcl installed on
this system, and I just wasn't looking in the right place for it, re-run
./configure using the --with-tcllib='/path/to/libtcl.so' and
--with-tclinc='/path/to/tcl.h' options.

See doc/COMPILE-GUIDE's 'Tcl Detection and Installation' section for more
information.

ActiveTcl is installed to /opt/ActiveTcl-8.5

If you can give me the configure command that works I'll pay you 500 credits.

You had me install the wrong thing on my server, I am compiling the right thing now, then you can try.
