500 Internal server error

Hello, I was uploading file back through ftp, since my account did not backup. I uploaded everything, and was moving some folders around. after I was done the site is showing 500 Internal Server Error. I'm not sure if its because updates are still going on since chopin was already finished in the service alerts. Thanx

Edit: I Solved The Problem, some kind of an error due to htacess file so i re uploaded it
