500 Internal Server Error

My website gets a 500 error every now and then. Yesterday it was fine. No issues all day. Today, I get this constantly. Is there something going on with Chopin or something?

your wordpress blog was working fine, but now it is suspended for illegal contents.
The theme you was using costs 49$ and you was using it for free. Here is what i found

It's not illegal. The version is the free one before they switched to premium. It is also readily downloadable across dozens of websites, it is also very modified.

This theme is premium since its first version. i know you are not using the latest version. but still its illegal.

The theme was previously free. Here are references proving that:

http://bestdesignoptions.com/?p=2736 - Showing 15 themes available in early 2009 FOR FREE, and later on edited showing that "Comfy" had a new version that is premium

The premium version of Comfy has alot more features and different things visually changed and officially supports wp 3.0. The free version, does not.

I'd really like to get this thing taken care of, I'd like to get back to work. I've used x10 hosting for 3 years across another account and never had any issues till Zubair came along.

The theme in no way violates any x10 rules and is not a premium-version theme.

I seriously need this re-enabled. If even to let me remove the theme if you guys seriously think this theme is illegal when it is clearly not.

I've had quite enough of this crap. Could an admin re-enable my account so I can get my files off the server and back up the database? I'll no longer use x10 hosting and find hosting elsewhere.

so how you downloaded this free version? after the premium version is released they don`t allow you to download and use the earlier free version.

Anyways, I am Escalating your thread to ticket area, where an admin will look into this. If they found you are not breaking TOS, they will unsuspend you.
