500 internal server error

Hi,
I recently set up a web store for my website (ravehouserecords.com/store) . It uses mySQL databases (the cms is called PrestaShop). Around 3 out of 4 times I try to load the any page on the store, i get a '500 Web Server Error'. How can i fix that? Thanks
PS: the rest of the website (ravehouserecords.com) that doesn't rely on a database works fine. Its only the web store that's affected.

Intermittent 500 errors are caused by server issues. There is nothing you can do about it.

The Staff are aware of the problem.
