i make all the change that has been mantion in forum but till getting Error

what i have to Do

1) make sure that nothing is chmodded to 777.
2) Make sure you don't have any incorrect directives in your .htaccess. You can do this at http://shop.alterlinks.com/htaccess-validator/htaccess-validator.php
3) Make sure none of your scripts have issues.
