Hi,
When I try to access my site, I am getting a 500 Internal server error.

Howdy;
Can you be more specific about how and when that error is occurring?
Both your main domain and parked domain are loading without any errors for me at this time.

Hello,

500 Internal Server Errors are caused by errors on your account that you can easily fix once you figure out what the error is. The common causes for 500 Internal Server Errors are below:
1. Permissions. Files MUST be 644 and folders MUST be 755.
2. Not specifying a RewriteBase when using RewriteRules in .htaccess.
3. Trying to use php_flag or php_value in .htaccess.

Please see our wiki page for more information.

Sorry to cut in with what might be interpreted as a "me too", but in looking at my own site (also on Starka), I've noticed that the problem is intermittent -- sometimes I get a page render, sometimes a 500. The PHP on my site is restricted strictly to includes (there is no "active" code), and I am not using .htaccess to do anything at all (no rewrites, etc.). It may be an indication of a fault in one server in the cluster.

That's as close to a diagnostic as I can get, since I have no more access than the run-of-the-mill user.
