Hello all! Here's the deal. I uploaded my files to the server, set-up my database and changed the nameserver for the domain name.

Now when I went to run the script: http://www.mysite.com/install/index.php, to start the install of the site I get a 404 error or this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mysite.mysite.x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.4 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_auth_passthrough/1.8 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.3 Server at www.4thehour.com Port 80

Any suggestions?

It is almost always caused by the permissions being set wrong. Change the permissions on the files\folders to 755 or lower.
