Please log into your account management panel and apply for php version 2(intermediate) Thats how that persons problem was solved.

If it's not a php problem you can try a couple other options. Renaming your .htaccess file to .htaccess.bk if that doesn't work change it back and check to make sure file permissions are set to no higher than 755.

same 500 error here, renaming .htacces just gives unable to connect.
help! i'm having to watch i'm a celebrity :cool:

Renamed it, didn't help.
File permissions of what files?

In the mean time I applied for php version 2.

It's most likely caused by not having PHPv2, post back later if you still have the issue.

It's fixed.
The diffrence I see now that with php version 1 it said, upgrade pending, while now with version 2 it says you have this version.
Anyway thanks for helping, great service ;)
