500 Server Error

My site has been UP and DOWN many times for the last few days. Can someone please explain what is going on? Now I'm getting the following error.

 Could not connect because of networking problems. Contact your system administrator.

From what the Staff has been saying, all accounts are in the process of being moved and the DNS/HTTP have been going down sporadically.

Thanks for the info. which server are the accounts being moved to and from? the status page shows that only https is offline on the old server.
