503 error when trying to install MyBB

When I try to install MyBB I get to the installation welcome screen, but when I click next I get a 503 Sevice Unavailable message. I tried a again and in a few hours and get the same message, so any help is appreciate.

Please try the installation using Softaculous installer.

We can see this is installed within the subdirectory /mybb here :

Shouldn't be I installed it at thefrienshiphouse.online

When installing via Softaculous, it gives you an option to install it into a subdirectory unless you tell it not to, by default it installs into a subdirectory called mybb. The most straightforward way to address this is to uninstall it and reinstall it but back out the folder option in the installation settings.
