503 LiteSpeed error

I am on the Boru server. I get it from time to time on my site: http://ct-daily.co.cc/ (If it is blocked, it is probably ESET NOD32, false positive for any co.cc domain.)

I can't fill in the pictures that are missing. (recent site problems, had to re upload everything), I can't upload anything because from time to time it gives me the 503 error, not only that but the images do not appear.

This needs to be solved now because I have visitors and crawlers on my website from time to time and I cannot have any downtime.

Have you tried uploading your pictures through the filemanager of your cPanel, or through ftp?

No, pretty unconventional, I am not the only writer, but I will try this. Also I get this error quite a bit when simply browsing, this needs to be fixed regardless.
