509 Bandwidth Error

site is down due to bandwidth error.. this account has seemed to be over limit since middle last month

however when logging in at x10 account panel it shows no bandwidth used at all nor any disk space used and I know is plenty on site including a forum

Is it possible the kid's site as gone whacky on server side?
