512 MB webspace only - How to get unlimited?

Hi X10hosting,
I only have 512MB webspace but I readed somewhere that I need to ask if I want unlimited.
But do is the unlimited removed from the free hosting?
And does Prime has it if its removed or only premium?
Can someone help me with this?
