6 hours of waiting for email confirmation

it's kind of confusing. i only received confirmation email from signing up to this forum, but not cPanel.
BUT! i can sign in to x10hosting home page without the email. although, it keep asking me to link my account to Ad Enhanced ( i created ad-free? ). and when i enter my username, it's error.
I created an account 11pm, been trying to refresh my email inbox and junk mail every 5 minutes. but never received any new email. now it's 6 AM already!
i tried the "resend email", still quite for 20 minutes?

i used the same username in my account and forum which is stemple
and i picked the domain sampletemple.x10hosting.com
i can't re-sign up cause this domain won't be available anymore. i need this name

The domain is not taken and is still available, please go through the sign up again, but obviously reuse this forum account.

i signed up with new username : samp, same email address, same forum username, same domain

i use yahoo mail, it shouldn't be the problem cause it was able to received mail from forum account

still no email

it has not been 7 hours since I asked you to try again. In fact its been less than 2. Please try signing up for the hosting account again using your stemple forum account.

to be honest, it really takes too long time, too many trying. I follow everything you posted, keep trying again and again. i tried with stemple forum account and new different panel names each time( cause it appeared that stemple panel name is not available) right now i have 7 names without email confirmation. some names i can log in to x10 home. but none of them can log in to cPanel. and the worst is sampletemple.x10hosting was taken! i know you don't want people misunderstood about how many hours to sign up. but i'm telling you the truth. to be honest, even we start to count at the time of your post 7.10. now it's 11.29.....no matter how you count it, i spent total 12 hours to try before and after your post anyway. i still have to try again and fail again. i loaded x10 pages with full fil with the ads a lot actually. even clicked on some of them. so i help your site a lot and i need your better help too.

The user stst does exist with the domain sampletemple.x10hosting.com

What are the other usernames you signed up with? I want to make sure only one was made.

it does? but i still can't login to cpanel

stemple, samp,plyp,sampl,templ,sampl and stst is the newest one

when i typed www.sampletample.x10hosting.com in browser, it appeared that domain available. but when i was going to sign up the 8th name ( which not successful) it appeared that this domain not available.
Edit:

i need this domain with any cpanel name

If that doesn't work for cPanel try http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082

Use stst as the user name, and whatever password you signed up with.
