A big Issue

Hi, I have free webhosting on here. I host my forum. Today I was surfing then all of a sudden I got this message:

[B]Forbidden[/B]

 You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.
 Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

So I figure that it's a wrong CHMOD setting, but I'm the only one with FTP access and I didn't do it. So I log into my FTP and try to go to the /forums/ directory and I get this message:

(WS_FTP)

550 Can't change directory to /public_html/miscsource.com/forums: Permission denied

Am I suspended or something? It says in my Account on X10 that I am not so I don't know what is going on.

Could it possibly have been a hacking of my FTP and someone placed a script to keep CHMODding the directory to 111 or the one that allows no access?

This was more than likely a ownership issue with the files. It is working now though. ???

What forum software are you running, is it a possibility that your forum software did it to you somehow?

Actually I coulda been a quick server timeout....dont worry about it as this happens on all servers from time to time.
