A change to your hosting account's primary domain

I submitted several days ago for a change on primary domain from redponcho.x10hosting.com to elpozo.x10hosting.com and the status has not changed. Would you be able to tell if the request is valid and if not what steps are necessary to change the primary domain name of a free account. Thanks in advance of your time on this question.
