A complaint against LegendaryNetwork

I would like to form a complaint against one of your clients "LegendaryNetworks". This user has named his title the same as my forums, used the same skin and installed the same hacks. I am also led to believe that this vbulletin license is a fraud and I have put a complaint against this user to vbulletin. I request that this user be suspended. If you need proof that he is doing a copyright violation, please message me and I will show you.
