Hi all,
I have a couple things in the terms of service I want clarified before I start this project.
1. I saw something in the terms of service or maybe it was a post in another forum thread by an administrator that said that X10 does not allow auto blogging scripts. This does not include the scheduled posting feature in Wordpress, does it? The way I want my site set up is to schedule several posts in advance so that no matter what I have going on, a new post will appear every Friday at a time I have not determined yet, I may just mix it up to give the appearance of posting in real time. I won't get suspended for this, right?
2. First off, a little background on my site. All a radio aircheck is is a recording of a radio broadcast, most commonly done for music stations. These are all scoped so that a listener can identify the song played at that time but the entire song is not in the aircheck. I have been recording these for about a year and a half, and have decided in the last couple months to post them online for all to enjoy. These are all mp3 files if that matters. I know that X10 has been trying to crack down on accounts used exclusively for file storage and do not have a working website. My concern stems from the question just above this one about how I am intending to run the site. As I mentioned above, I am planning to schedule posts to go up every Friday, and have about 35 clips ready to go up already. My concern is that since I'm scheduling these posts so far out, and until they are published it won't be very obvious how the files are connected to the website that they will be deleted. Do I have anything to worry about?
I had another question about email, but it looks like it has been answered for me. Thanks for reading this long message.

1) That'd be fine, the auto-blogging doesn't mean you can't do scheduled posting. In the case of scheduled posting, you are still creating the content yourself - autoblogging is specifically meant to target users who installed plugins such as WP-Robot or others which generate content without any user interaction at all.

2) This is the confusing one; if the clips contain copyrighted music (which they more than likely do if it's a radio broadcast recording), I'm not exactly sure what the legal stance would be on it, but the Terms of Service does state that users shouldn't be storing copyrighted mp3's on their account. As far as I can find on Google it -should- be fine (legally speaking) if it's only clips, but I personally am not 100% sure on how Fair Use works for this particular situation. The main concern I can see though would be file-size; if the clips aren't particularly big you should be fine, but if they're sizable (say each is 100mb, with 35 clips you'd be looking at 3Gb plus a bit) you may want to look into a file storage service and simply link them as opposed to having them on the account itself, as it'd quickly become one of the heaviest disk-space-users on the server.

Edit: wording on #1 made it seem like I was saying both "yes allowed" and "no denied" at the same time, fix'd.

Ok, thanks. I wasn't really concerned about copyright infringement when I asked that question though, I was mainly concerned that my account would be deleted because, while all those files are on the server associated with my account, they are not part of the website right away, and may not be for a while depending on what clip they are, which determines when they go up on the site. I don't see any legal problems with this site and it's been up about 3 years. The KKRZ clip from 2013, the KMPS, KZBD, and KQMV clips are all mine if you want to take a listen just for sure, but there shouldn't be any problems. http://www.aircheckdownloads.com
