a doubt

is this process allowed ? uploading full version softwares to rapidshare.. and just sharing the link on your servers.. just wanted to find out.

You mean warez , don't you?
Well , from what i know , you have no right to put any links on your site which contains any illegal stuff , and warez is illegal.
But thats from what i know ,so don't take my answer as a final answer.

I am just curious if you have taken the time to read the Terms of Service that you agreed to when you signed up for your hosting account. This question would of been answered pretty quickly.

Well actually my idea was to create a market place just like the created here. They can trade software , music or movies, there,

but the rules will be that only the info about the software will be posted on the site.. but the links will not be allowed on the site, they can only be mailed from user to user or pm, but will not be posted anywhere on the site.

i just wanted your permission before proceeding . Therefore if you agree with my idea(it falls under tos as i am not posting any warez or its related links on my forum)then only i will proceed.

If your site has anything to do with illegal activity it is not allowed. Whether it is linking to, talking about, tutorials on getting illegal material. ANYTHING. Not allowed.

It's pretty straight forward. If it has to do with illegal things don't do it.
