I have recently signed up with the free x10 account and when i try to add a ftp account i get "Account created successfully" and the settings are shown correctly but when i click the Go Back link the account i added is not shown and there is a "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]" below Account management. I also have the same error message in the cPanel home page under Stats directly above Main Domain.

I have recreated your account and sent you a new password via PM.

At first i couldn't log into cPanel with that pass or my original pass. i put in a request to change my cPanel pass from the account panel and now everything works with no errors. Thank you for your help.
