Whenever i go to my cpanel, and look into the FTP accounts i get the following error:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

I can't add an ftp user, nor upload files to my ftp now, as it says ''read only permission denied''.
what should i do now?

Try cPanel's File Manger >> Upload feature temporarily.

Can't atm, need to upload 3 folders, But thanks i noticed more people have this problem, So we'll just have to wait! Thanks for the response.
