a fatal error with WebMail

Every time I try to log in from webmail I get an error message, there are no options to show and close, this happens from any browser, from a client (outlook and thunderbird) I can receive my emails but not send them, apparently they leave but never arrive at recipient of these emails, I would greatly appreciate your help.
