1. if a create a phpbb forum are the attachments permitted ?
2. more info about UNMETERED bandwidth, space (are there any limits) because i don't want to have surprises if i have more then 1000 visitors a month
3. How stable is your service (up time)

1. Yes, as long as the allowed files to be uploaded are legal
2. The limits are CPU and RAM. 1000 visitors a month shouldn't cause a problem as long as you don't run tons of mods.
3. The staff here try to maintain as high uptime as possible, but there are a lot of users on the server, so there may be some times where its slow, but these are usually resolved quickly.
