I don't see any Red or Caution signs your screen shot?
I think the stats is for the complete server, not just your side of things. As peoples pages are accessed, the loads will vary on the server. I'm sure an admin will clarify this.

As cPanel says that is [ Server Status ] (server cluster) and there is nothing you can use it for
If the server cluster is down - nothing you can do - you can not get into cPanel to see the status
If a server cluster's NAS (Network-attached storage) logical disk get too full and cPanel starts to shut apps down - nothing you can do - it needs a Admin to clean it up
If a server cluster service goes down - like MySQL - your site if it uses MySQL will throw errors - nothing you can do - it needs a Admin to get it back up
Those - and a lot more - reasons are why there is nothing you can use it for

The status column (right hand side) shows the level that item (row) is at - 'green' = no trip yet - 'yellow' = at or above alert trip value - 'red' = at or above alarm trip value
but again - nothing you as a user can do about it

Of the three (3) x10hosting's free-hosting servers only the cPanel on server [ Absolut ] has [ Server Status ] in the [ Stats ] column

IMO x10hosting's Admins will remove it - when they get the time
