as i know im not the only one whos been having this problem.

would a senior staff member or someone in the know how write a quick tutorial on how to install phpbb3 onto a x10 hosting?

but i mean from every aspect from:

1. (ino everyone knows how to upload the board etc..)
2. setting up a database and user etc.. to use on phpbb3 install.
3. step by step guide through the process of installing the board aka entering the right required usernames etc..

Most forums and software have installation instructions for newbies - right from their site.

Like I stated, by looking up the software's website, you can find installation instructions.

Ahh. This you didn't mention. That has nothing to do with a tutorial for installing phpbb3, that has to do with the database.
Did you set up a MySQL database and put that information in where it requests it?

yes i used the database wizard.

name: phpb3
username: liamkenyon
password: xxxxxxxxxxxx

and entered the exact same info in the install part and i get liamkenyon@localhost denied password:yes

tried this numptine times.

was just wanting someone whos installed it to give me a run thru incase i done something rong.
