Hello ,I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my question .
My problem :
I can't enter my cpanel because when I try to do this , my forum user name is required to match between the two accounts.When I submit the forum username , it tells me that it's invalid and doesn't exists.
The forum username works fine of course,the main site login works fine also , but there is no matching between them.
