A problem with my account

For a couple of days i couldn`t and stll can`t login to my account.My account:http://binasc.x10hosting.com.
Yesterday morning it wasn`t working.I could enter the cpanel but the ftp wasn`t working.Then later(much,much later) it was working(the ftp,and the cpanel).Today again it isn`t working(both the cpanel,and the ftp).Pls help me out.Thank you.

Well, firstly the servers are down for some reason so wait till they're back up. Then if you're account is relatively new I believe you might have to wait a bit until your account is fully working not sure what it is.

It hasn`t passed a month since i got my account.But now I saw that my account isn`t the only one that has problems.Well I`ll just have to wait for the server to be back and running.
