The administrators have put it in every account; if you see it there it is fine.

... It's made so that users cannot remove or edit it, and it's in every accounts' directory.

Also please make sure GZIP Is disabled.

I'm not totally sure what it is. Also, I think Corey either disabled it, or just removed it for the time being, because of all the issues it was causing with everyone's account.
