It's absolutely forbbiden to host a site that is not English, French or Spanish? I'm Portuguese and i wanted to host a site in my own language.

I definitely have heard that rule, but I can't find it in the TOS or acceptable use policy. You might want to speak with an admin.

Free Account Signup » Important Terms of Service Note
step 2 of 10

Please review this important point from x10Hosting's Terms of Service. You must agree with the terms presented in x10Hosting's Terms of Service in order to complete the signup process.

* Sites hosted by x10Hosting may only be in the following languages:

English, French, and Spanish

Accounts found created primarily in a language other than these three will be terminated without warning.
That's the second step of the sign-up process for free accounts. Basically, it's telling you that if you want to keep your website, it should be written in Engilsh, French, or Spanish. I guess that if hosting in Portuguese is a necessity, x10Hosting's services can't help you too much.

Ah, I knew it was there somewhere. It's not on the TOS on the main page though.
