abnormal high access time

Except for access via FTP or cPanel file access, all other components require a very high access time (more than 1 minute!). You may find the problem?
On cPanel, the software installation utilities no longer display icons.

Chopin seems to be having intermittent problems with MySQL, making diagnosing the cause difficult. The admins have been working on it, in between their other duties, but there is as of yet not estimate as to when the issue will be resolved.
