How can I delete rapidleech? I don't have the permission to access my Cpanel. If you can delete it then it's ok. thanks in advance

Does not work that way. You should never have uploaded it in the first place because that is a violation of the terms of service which you agreed to when you signed up. In this case it is a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service so your account is permanently suspended. You will not have access to your account, files, or cPanel and we are not able to "fix" these kinds of violations.
