How can I create a new account so that my friend can help me out with a website im working on?

I'm not talking about e-mail accounts, I'm talking about an actual account so that I don't have to share nor change my password.

You have your friend sign up for an account. Under the Terms of Service you agreed upon signing up, you are allowed only one account. So, just have your friend sign up for an account.
