my account has not accept by ad-sense for sub-domain.Will it ever approved?? pls rpl

That's up to Google and to your fellow users. Google can decide to ban a single user or an entire domain from its services if there is a significant amount of abuse (violating the terms and conditions by fraudulent clicking or by making the ads look like part of the site's content, etc.). Google may decide to open up a domain again occasionally, but if your fellow users in that domain break the T&C, then the entire domain will quickly be banned again.
